Our store has a special bonus program. You can earn bonuses by purchasing any product in the store or by writing a meaningful review (reviews) for products on the site.
Bonuses are calculated as follows:
- For writing reviews of products on the site.
If you write a review for one or more products, you will receive 20 bonus hryvnias for each review. The review must be unique (not copy-paste) and meaningful. Multiple-word reviews or reviews containing profanity or insults to other site users are not accepted. Such reviews will be deleted without bonuses. Each review will be checked and deleted if it doesn't comply with the rules.
- For writing a review about our store
You can write a review about the store in the company's profile on Google using the link: Reviews on Google. For a review left on Google - 50 bonus points. Points for a review are awarded immediately after verification by a moderator; the review is awarded to the account whose user left the review. To earn points for a review on Google, write to us at shop@5lb.ua. In the text of the letter, indicate from which name the review was left on Google and to which site account (indicate the email address) the points will be awarded. Points will be awarded within a few days.
Note! Bonuses are awarded only for unique reviews in Google Maps; if you leave a review from an account that has already left a review before, the old review will be edited in Google Maps, and not a new (unique) review will be added. Bonuses for edited old reviews from one Google account are not awarded!
- For purchasing products in our store
When you buy a product on our website, you will also receive bonuses. Bonuses are calculated based on the scheme: 1 product = 1 bonus hryvnia. Or if the product is promotional, it can be set to accrue more bonuses. You can view the number of bonuses for purchasing a product on the product page. Bonuses for the purchase of goods are awarded automatically after the purchase, after the order status changes to "Transaction completed". If the order status is different, no bonuses will be awarded.
All bonuses are awarded only to registered users of our site. You can view the bonuses available to you in your personal account or by clicking on the link: Bonus points.
You can use bonus points to pay no more than 7% of the order price. To use bonus points, enter the required number of points on the checkout page and click apply.
