Payment for the order in the store 5LB.UA

There are several options for paying for the order in our store, which depend on the delivery method and the convenience of the client.

The variants of payment:

Cash to the courier or in the store in Dnipro

Cash payment: carried out only in hryvnia, upon delivery of the goods by courier to the buyer in the city of Dnipro or upon self-pickup of the order from our store. If you are from another city in Ukraine, then choose one of the other payment methods: Payment to a private bank card, payment to a current account in a private bank or online payment (PRIVAT24-GRN, VISA / Master Card, NSMEP cards, WebMoney).

Payment through a POS terminal in a store in Dnipro

Payment by card through a POS terminal is carried out when the order is collected from our store. Cards of any bank in the world are accepted for payment. Payment from the bonus account of Privatbank cards is also available.

Online payment by Visa / Mastercard / Privat24 / Wayforpay

Online payment by card is available for customers both from Dnipro and for customers from anywhere in Ukraine. Online payment by Visa / Master Card is carried out using the Wayforpay service. This is a convenient and fast way to pay for your order. Before paying for an order online, it is advisable to know 100% availability of goods in our warehouse. You can wait for a call from our manager or call us. Even if you pay for the order and suddenly it turns out that the product is over, we will refund your money in any way convenient for you. Refunds for the order will be made on the next business day.

Important points when paying online by card:

1. Payment by payment cards is carried out on the Wayforpay website using the secure https protocol. Our site does not collect any data related to your card. After clicking the pay button, you will automatically be taken to the Liqpay payment gateway.

2. Payment is accepted both by Ukrainian payment cards and by any other card.

3. Only the owner of the card can receive the goods paid for with a payment card upon presentation of a document proving your identity (passport or driver's license). If you want another person to receive the order, you need to indicate his full contact information: full name, phone number and address in the note to the order. Only the specified person can receive the order and only upon presentation of a document confirming his identity.

Installment plan online when paying with a Privatbank or Monobank credit card

Online you can pay for your order in installments. When placing an order, you need to select a payment method: "Wayforpay". After confirming the order, you will be automatically redirected to a secure page of the Wayforpay system. On this page, you can choose the option to pay for the goods in installments with a Privatbank or Monobank card. Please keep in mind that you pay an additional commission to the bank for the installment service!

Bank transfer to card

You can pay for your order with a bank card. The details will be available after placing the order.

Cash on delivery when sending by New mail

Cash on delivery (i.e. payment upon receipt at the New mail office). Cash on delivery is available when placing an order for more than 300 UAH. If your order is for a lower amount, please choose another payment method.

In this case, upon receipt of the parcel, at Nova Poshta you pay:

order cost + delivery cost (depending on weight and volume) + New Mail commission for cash on delivery service (2% of the order amount + 20 UAH).

An approximate calculation of the cost of delivery and the size of the New Mail commission for the COD service - you can see on the checkout page by selecting the appropriate items. Once again, we note that the calculations are approximate (especially the cost of delivery), since the exact weight and volume of the shipment are calculated by the employees at the new post office and they may differ from those calculated by the system based on the weight of the goods in your basket.

Important! If you placed an order with cash on delivery and did not pick it up within 7 days at the Nova Poshta branch, then we will be forced to cancel your order and return it to our warehouse. In addition, for further orders you lose the opportunity to use cash on delivery in our store. All orders will be sent only after full payment!
