- Self-pickup:

2) In Ukraine (shipping via Nova Poshta service).
When sending orders via the postal operator Nova Poshta - all parcels are necessarily insured for the full cost. Please be understanding, as we have already had cases of parcels being lost and destroyed due to hostilities.

- With 100% prepayment of the order
Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch will be absolutely free for you if the amount of your order is more than 2000 UAH and you pay for the order by any method of prepayment, i.e. except for the cash on delivery at Nova Poshta.
Free delivery of orders by Nova Poshta is valid only until A Nova Poshta branch in your city! Attention, we do not pay for delivery if you order a door-to-door delivery.
An approximate calculation of the delivery cost will be shown to you in the basket when placing an order. To do this, select Nova Poshta in the delivery method, and in the city and address field - the city and warehouse of Nova Poshta. The city and warehouse are automatically selected from the Nova Poshta database. You pay the delivery cost at Nova Poshta when you receive the parcel. On the order form, the delivery cost is indicated for informational purposes.
- Payment upon receipt (postpay or "overpayment"):
This payment method is available for orders from 300 UAH. If your order is less than 300 UAH - choose another payment method.
The cost of the return delivery service is added to the above delivery rates, this cost is paid to Nova Poshta for providing this service.
If you order cash on delivery, you additionally pay a Nova Poshta commission, which will be: 2% of the order value + 20 UAH. The approximate calculation of Nova Poshta's commission for the "overlay" is indicated on the order processing page and is shown in order to familiarize the client with possible costs.
Important! If you placed an order with cash on delivery and did not pick it up within 7 days at a Nova Poshta branch, then we will be forced to cancel your order and return it to our warehouse. In addition, you will lose the opportunity to use cash on delivery in our store for subsequent orders. All orders will be shipped only upon prepayment!
Please check the availability and integrity of the packaging upon receipt of the goods! We do not accept opened or damaged goods back!
