Terms of return and exchange

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods. Returned goods are accepted only in their original packaging, with all brand labels, protective membranes and seals, provided that the presentation is preserved.

Return delivery of goods to Dnipro is paid by the buyer! (in case you are in another city).

We will pay for the delivery ourselves if, by our mistake, we sent the wrong product or we did not completely complete the order!

Sending goods for an exchange or refund for an order is carried out only after we receive your goods that you want to exchange or for which you want to return money.

Return conditions for goods of good quality.

Individual human approach to return. We will not refuse an exchange even if everything is ok with the goods, but you just change your mind. According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" , the company may refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of good quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged .

Return conditions for goods of inadequate quality.

According to Article 8 (part 14) of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", in case of doubt about the quality of a consumed product, such a product must be subjected to a specialized examination. The consumer has the right to take part in checking the quality of the goods personally or through his representative. An exchange or refund for such goods is carried out only based on the results of the examination. After the examination, our managers will notify you by phone about the results and provide a document for confirmation.

We do not accept any claims about the quality of the "home-tested" boiled protein.

There is an opinion that if the protein is poured with boiling water, a denaturation process should be observed with the formation of characteristic flakes and precipitation. In those cases when the sediment is not detected during testing, this causes the experimenter to have exciting doubts about the quality of the purchased product.

The manufacturers of such products have a very logical explanation. For denaturation, the charge of the protein is of prime importance. If the charge of the molecules is high, then the protein is resistant to heating (there is a mutual repulsion of the molecules), which we observe in some cases. Even if the structure of the protein changes with temperature, the precipitate does not precipitate. A well-known example: milk can be boiled and it does not curdle precisely because of the strong negative charge of milk albumin, casein in milk is in the form of a precursor of caseinogen and is also highly soluble. When milk sours, acids neutralize the charge of proteins, and the milk turns into curd.

These details can be overlooked by the buyer, as they often require a fairly in-depth knowledge of biochemistry. Therefore, from time to time, questions and doubts arise, which is quite natural.

If you think that the amount of protein in the protein you bought does not correspond to the declared indicators on the label, then a laboratory test report for the actual quantitative protein content in 100g of the mixture may serve as a reason for replacing or refunding money for this product . Or in any other convenient laboratory that performs similar studies. Protocols and documents must be certified with the wet seal of the institution.
