RECOMMENDED APPLICATION
Take 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily. For optimal results, take 2 tablets 30 minutes before training and 2 tablets immediately after training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
