Our Omega 3-6-9 contains a blend of fish and vegetable oils, which is an excellent blend of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids.
Everyone knows how important it is to have Omega-3 in your diet, but it's just as important as getting enough Omega-6 and Omega-9. Your body cannot make Omega-3 or Omega-6, which is why these are called essential fatty acids (EFAs) and everyone needs to get enough of them through food or supplements.
Omega 6 fatty acid contains GLA (gamma linoleic acid), which is a very important acid for supporting the immune system and has other benefits. Omega-9 fatty acids are produced in the body, but in very small quantities. Additional use of supplements is beneficial for you, as oleic acid has been shown to prevent blood vessels from hardening.

Recommended use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
