Critical Whey contains an exceptional blend of high quality proteins. These are essential nutrients that the body must receive regularly throughout the day. The basis of the protein is an ultra-filtered whey concentrate, which, thanks to gentle production technology, retains all the beneficial substances contained in the raw material in the form of milk. These are, in particular, various protein fractions such as alpha-lactalbumin, beta-lactoglobulin or immunoglobulins. The protein blend also consists of whey isolate, which is obtained through another gentle manufacturing process in the form of cross-flow microfiltration (CFM). As a result, it contains less fat and lactose and is therefore one of the best digestible proteins. The last source of protein is whey hydrolyzate with very fast absorbing peptides, which are formed as a result of hydrolysis, i.e. the breakdown of proteins.

Dosage

Mix two scoops (30 g) of protein powder with 250-500 ml of water or milk in a shaker and shake well. Take immediately after training or any time on non-training days for better regeneration.
