DEXTREX Juice® contains dextrose, taurine and magnesium. Dextrose is a simple sugar that increases energy balance and is therefore suitable for physically active people and athletes.

Recommendations for use:
As a creatine transporter: dissolve 1 serving (approximately 40 g) in a glass of water. The finished drink can be used by dissolving a serving of creatine (3-10 g) in the mixture.
DEXTREX Juice® can be used as a complementary food or as a single carbohydrate supplement to restore glycogen stores. Best used after training with approximately 20-60 g of powder per serving.
