When should I take Creatine Monohydrate?
We recommend drinking 5g of Creatine Monohydrate just before or after your workout with a whey protein and carbohydrate blend to maximize its absorption into your muscles. Alternatively, it can be mixed with water, milk or juice and drunk immediately after mixing.
5 Day Loading Phase - Those new to Creatine Monohydrate are advised to use the loading phase first to get the most out of it. It is recommended that you consume 5 grams of product (1 scoop) 4 times a day at regular intervals between doses to saturate your muscles with creatine before switching to the standard dosage of 5 grams per day.

Recommended use
Stir 5 g of product in water and drink. Use 1-2 times a day, preferably just before and after training. After an 8 week course, do not take 1 week, and then start the course again.

Although we strive very hard to provide you with an accurate instrument for these measurements in the form of the Myprotein measuring spoons, this method is only approximate and cannot replace the use of a scale.
