По суті питання, так чистий глютамін має невеликий кислуватий присмак, причому у всіх сприйняття цієї "кислотності" може відрізнятися, в залежності від особливостей смакових рецепторів людини.
Якщо відчуття справді неприємне, то краще запивати не водою, а соком. Чи можна навіть додавати в протеїн.
