Recommendations for use:

mix 1 scoop with 150-200 ml of cold water and take immediately. Stir the mixture - Do not shake. For best results, consume 10-20 minutes prior to training.

Beta-alanine and niacin can cause a harmless temporary tingling sensation that goes away. Use only as directed. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed 2 scoops in any 24 hour period and take servings at least 4 hours apart. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink at least 2.5-3 liters of water per day. Exercise can increase the need for additional fluid intake.
