Recommendations for use:
Take 4 tablets twice daily with water. It is best to take 4 tablets 45-60 minutes before training and 4 tablets 15-45 minutes after training. For best results, do not eat or consume protein for at least 30 minutes before and after taking Xpand ™. Remember to drink enough water (at least 2-3 liters).

ATTENTION : The preparation is intended for healthy persons 18-50 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
