Recommendations for use:

mix 1 serving (25g = 1 heaped scoop) with 200 ml. liquids (water, low fat yogurt, skim milk, juice). Drink at the rate of 2-3 grams of protein per 1 kg. body weight per day. Take between meals, before and after workouts. Consider the amount of protein that comes from other foods.
