Magnesium taurate+ from KAL® contains the trace element magnesium and the amino acid taurine in free form. Magnesium taurate provides the nutritional support necessary for the healthy functioning of the nervous system and muscles, as well as the regulation of the normal flow of ions across cell membranes. This helps ensure the stability of membranes and protect the heart, blood vessels and tissues from oxidative stress. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the coenzyme form of vitamin B6, provides bioavailable nutritional support necessary for red blood cell synthesis and nerve tissue function. Studies have shown a synergistic relationship between magnesium and vitamin B6.

Recommendations for use
