Now Foods Super Omega 3-6-9 1200 mg - Contains Fish Oil, Borage Oil and Organic Flax Seed. This combination of well-known nutritional oils provides a unique balance of essential fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6, with the addition of Omega-9, a minor but very beneficial fatty acid. Omega-3, alpha-linoleic acid, EPA and DHA, Omega-6 and GLA are essential for maintaining the health of the cardiovascular system, nervous system and skin. Oleic acid, Omega-9, also promotes vascular health.
