Activlab Beta Alanine Xtra - for athletes, especially those involved in strength and endurance sports, helps to increase muscle mass. Beta-alanine is a component of the dipeptide carnosine. Carnosine buffers the decrease in pH in muscle cells that occurs with the secretion of lactic acid during any physical effort. Each serving contains 3 g of beta-alanine.

Ingredients:

Beta-alanine, flavor, maltodextrin, sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide, color.

How to use: Dissolve 3.5 g (1 scoop 5 ml) in 250 ml of water. Apply before training.
