Suggested Use:
Depending on body weight, take 2 to 4 tablets 3 times daily, drinking with a large amount of water:
- Under 70 kg: 6 tablets daily (3 x 2 tabs);
- 70 kg – 90 kg: 9 tablets daily (3 x 3 tabs);
- Over 90 kg: 12 tablets daily (3 x 4 tabs).
Optimal timing: in the morning upon waking, before training, and immediately post-workout.
