Description Creatine Monohydrate Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is a direct source of energy for skeletal muscle. All sources of fuels, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats are first reformed through various chemical reactions to ATP, which can be acquired using a molecule. Every food source must first be converted to ATP before it can be used as fuel. When ATP releases its energy to fuel muscle contractions, the phosphate group is cleaved off and new molecules called adenosine (ADP) are formed. This reaction is reversible by the energy-rich compound creatine phosphate (CP). The CP provides a phosphate group to ADP Re synthesizing it back into ATP molecules, as a result of which it is ready to release energy again, continuing muscle contractions. The remaining free forms of creatine accumulate in the active muscles and then back into the rephosphorylated phosphocreatine. During a short period of high intensity exercise, the demand for ATP in working muscles increases significantly, several hundred times higher.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (5 g) in water or juice

Cycle of creatine intake:
Loading : Within 5 days, take 4 servings of 5 g evenly distributed throughout the day, for a total of 20 grams per day.
Support: After the loading phase, take 5 grams per day for 8 weeks.
Rest phase: After 8 weeks of taking 5 grams, take 4 weeks off creatine. After that, you can start the intake cycle again, starting from the loading phase.
