Beta-Alanine is a nonessential amino acid that combines with L-Histidine to aid in carnosine creation. Taking beta-alanine will help increase carnosine production. Increasing the concentration of carnosine in the muscles is extremely important for athletes, as carnosine will allow your muscles to work longer and more powerful. Beta-alanine can cause tingling and a flushing effect on the skin. This is a completely normal body reaction and is not harmful.

Recommended use

Add an amount of water or fruit juice of your choice to the shaker. Add 1.5 g of product there, stir and drink immediately. The first 4 weeks take 2 times a day, preferably between meals. After that, go to the reception once a day.
