Ingredients:BCAA branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), maltodextrin, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-glutamine, flavors, acidity regulator: citric acid; L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, beetroot juice concentrate powder, L-histidine, L-tryptophan, L-cysteine, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Directions for use:

Dissolve 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water. Since the product is based on natural amino acids, it is not particularly soluble and has a bitter taste. For a better taste, you can mix it with juice.

On training days, take 1 serving before meals or training, and the second - shortly after training. On non-training days, take 1 serving between meals.
