Puritan''s Pride Omega-3 Fish Oil 1200 mg Plus Vitamin D3 1000 IU is Ester-Omega® fish oil, which provides 360 mg active omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, consisting of EPA (EPA, eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA (DHA, docosahexaenoic acid) other fatty acids, and contains the daily norm of vitamin D3.
