Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is an essential component of carbohydrate metabolism as a component of coenzyme for decarboxylation of keto acids; it plays an important role in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, and is involved in the conduct of nerve excitation in synapses. Thiamine deficiency causes a violation of the peripheral and central nervous system, as well as disorders of the cardiovascular system.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is an essential component of many flavoprotein enzymes involved in oxidative processes. It improves the condition of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, eyes, skin, improves the state of the nervous system.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) has a vital effect on the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats and is necessary for physiological metabolism, hematopoiesis, and the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable stearic acid. Contains <2%: magnesium silicate, medium chain triglycerides, natural palm leaf glaze, polydextrose, riboflavin (color), silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.
