Directions for use:

Stir 3 scoops (1 dose or 150 g) of Stealth® in 16 ounces of cold water or skim milk. Mix in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds and drink. For the fastest weight gain, consume one dose of Stealth® 30 minutes and immediately after training. Also consume Stealth® on non-exercising days, primarily in the morning and then instead of lunch. It is important to drink an additional 10 ounces of water after each Stealth® shake. Also, eat a balanced diet, at least three times a day.
