Kre-Alkalyn® + R-ALA is a formulation primarily intended for athletes who perform strength, speed-strength, and endurance exercises.

Kre-Alkalyn® + R-ALA contains two active substances: Kre-Alkalyn® and R-ALA .

Kre-Alkalyn® has a complex name, but very simple action, because it is a patented buffered creatine monohydrate with special properties. In the body, it is responsible (just like its predecessor) for the release of energy (with the help of phosphocreatine, which gives up a particle of phosphorus to ADP) for a significantly shorter regeneration time after exercise, as well as the corresponding water environment in muscle cells, thus creating favorable anabolic conditions.

Kre-Alkalyn® has a so-called pH Controlled Delivery - a system due to which Kre-Alkalyn®, after being combined with water, does not change into a decomposition product, which is creatinine, but maintains the pH in key areas all the time (even with significant oxidation of the system).

R - ALA - R-isomer of alpha lipoic acid. Due to its biologically active form, it is well accepted by the body, repeats the action of insulin, acts as an antioxidant, strengthens the immune system due to faster stimulation of glutathione. It acts as a "sorter" of nutrients, plays an important role in protecting the oxygen degradation of the brain, and is a popular transporting and activating substance.

Directions for use: on training days: 2 capsules (1600mg) 30 minutes before training and 2 capsules (1600mg) immediately after training. On non-workout days: 2 capsules (1600mg) 30 minutes before the first meal and 2 capsules (1600mg) 30 minutes before the last meal. During the intake of each serving, you should drink at least 250 ml of still water. In order to enhance the action of Kre-Alkalyn® and R-ALA it should be taken together with Fitmax Amino 2000 and Carbo .
